Terms of Use

These terms describe the current BOGO Grocery Deals service model.

Independent service

BOGO Grocery Deals is an independent shopping-assistance service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Publix Super Markets, Inc.

Membership

The paid membership provides access to member-only BOGO browsing tools while the subscription remains active. The current planned membership price is $3 per month. Billing and cancellation are handled through the payment processor.

Free preview

Non-members may use the public ZIP/store finder and see a count of current BOGO offers found for a selected store. Product-level deal browsing is a paid member feature.

Email reports

Weekly email reports are optional for paid members and are not required to use the paid web tool. Turning off reports does not itself cancel the membership.

Retailer information

Retailer offers, prices, availability, product details, and dates may change. BOGO Grocery Deals organizes retailer information for convenience but does not guarantee that every displayed offer remains available or unchanged at purchase time.

Subscription access

Member-only access may be suspended or removed when a subscription is canceled, expires, becomes unpaid, or otherwise stops being active.
